The Software License Center (on page spelled "Software Licence Centre") is the place where you can add your licenses, download utilities for owned games, and find your subscription content.
In order to use the Software License Center, go there and sign in to the Single Sign-On and go through the "Get Started" process.
Then you will find your licenses for other games once linked (Console releases have Link on First Sign-in, and all entitlements there are found once you login for the first time).
The exception to the rule is WebPoweredLab Ultimate Racing which ties the license to the first account that requests the login.
